  Hakka Lui Cha

This is one of my favourite tasty food in my life. LOL

Ah J has cooked a tasty 'lui cha' for us on Thursday.

LC most important thing is to do preparatory work, to buy a variety of vegetables, J bought a long bean, fu mak, leek蒜,choy sum, cabbage. These must be cut out particles. And the most difficulty is have to fry the peanuts. It took about 1 hour fried the peanuts and 2hours to 去皮peanuts (and i do this part of job k). Fry tau kua, and fry shrimp is needed too. Lastly and the most importantly in the process of LC is the salted green tea.

Phew, really not easy to prepare a LC!
