Development:
Crawls : Yea, she starts crawling! She started by learning to balance on her hands and knees. Then she figured out how to move forward and backward by pushing off with her knees. She has also mastered from a crawling position back into a sitting position.
Understand object permanent & searches for hidden objects : She knew that objects and people still exist even when she can't see them ( she loves to plays peek - a - poo ). That's because she finds quick appearances and disappearances amusing.
Separation anxiety : She's become used to his surroundings and familiar faces, and she likes predictability. And she starts for some cranky, clingy behavior. So i need to prepare plenty of distractions — picture books, noise-making toys, nesting blocks, hand puppets, and definitely her security object - blanket & familiar soft toys.
Waves goodbye : She has mastered this skill as well. Sure she'll do it when you say 'bye bye to...'
Stand while holding onto something : She starts trying to pull himself up to a stand while holding onto furniture.
Feed herself some food : Just about any bite-size piece of food ( the best is bread) that she can pick up and eat by herself but we have to ensure it is save that she won't choke herself. I think it's an important early step toward independence that also helps she develop her fine motor skills and coordination. She's ready to start feeding herself cuz she starts to showed by grabbing the spoon you're feeding her with or snatching food off your plate. sigh*
At first, she just rake food into her hand and bring it to her mouth, but she is emerging how to use his thumb and forefinger to pick up food to her mouth.
Bangs objects together : She loves to hear the sounds effect of bangs the objects together. Or use any objects hit the floor.
Indicates wants with gestures : She'll lunges forward and snatch the things that she wants.
Feeding : Able to bottle feed herself but she only prefer to feed herself with plain water and she refused to feed herself with milk *sigh She loves to shakes the bottle while drinking water but she'll continue to drink water when i say 'BAOBEI GIVE IT TO MUMMY'. I think she just imitates from me when mummy is making milk for her. haha...
No can do.
Puts objects into a container : hmm... she still practising. Practise makes perfect.
Understands 'WHERE' & 'HOW' : Well, e.g. when you say "where is daddy?" Then she'll just looked at daddy. "where is ELMO?" Of cuz she'll looking for ELMO. Thus when you say "please show yee yee (Tamy jie) how to drink water?" She'll just put the teats into her mouth. etc. Interesting? keke...
Sense of humour : Yea, she is definitely a humour baby! She'll laugh when she fart. She'll utter a laugh when we laugh aloud. She'll imitate our silly face on the spot.
