Ashley has drank 2oz of formula milk yesterday. She has finished another 3oz for today. I start to feed formula milk cuz ah Yee told me it is the best drink other than my breast milk to feed when i have not enough breast milk. I thought cereal can take as a essential nutriments, but Not. Then i try to research to the Babycenter's website, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends tat babies be exclusively breastfed for six months,and tat u wait introduce solids until baby is 6month old. Between 6month and a year, breast milk is still the most important food in your baby's diet, so it is important to keep your milk supply up. So, ofcuz i followed. But sometimes my breast milk seems not enough to supply:'( So, i cooking papaya soup for make milk today. Arrhg..Unfortunately I'd over cooked !!! I really upset. But luckily still left the very little concentrated soup for me. Hopefully it still can helps for produce more more milk...I have to very hard work to make milk start from now to content baobei. KAMPATEH!
I bought a mamibaby magazine yesterday. I found it contents some practical tips for all Mommy's. Whoever interested please get it asap from any bookstore.And I've noticed the 3rd Parenthood Expo2007 will be held on 17-19 August at MidValley exhibition hall...!!! I think its must be very interesting and exiting! Ha, i think I'll go on Saturday after baobei's doctor appointment.
Ah jie came back from Malacca this evening. She has permed her hair as well. Frankly said it really looked matured. We almost totally look alike,(from back). Ha...Some people say i look like auntie or some said i looked awful, but i can say, i like my hair style!
